An account that has had no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months will be classified as dormant. r85aa may apply a monthly dormancy administration fee to dormant accounts as permitted by applicable regulations. r85aa reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:
Upon termination of your account for cause, r85aa reserves the right to forfeit any balances and winnings associated with prohibited conduct. If your account is closed for reasons other than a breach of these Terms, any verified balance remaining in your account will be returned to you via your registered payment method after deduction of any applicable fees.
You may close your r85aa account at any time by contacting customer support. Account closure requests are processed within five (5) business days. Any pending withdrawals at the time of closure will be processed in the normal course.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the r85aa Platform shall first be submitted to r85aa's customer support team for informal resolution.
If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days of submission, either party may refer the matter to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of a recognized Philippine arbitration body, or to the courts of competent jurisdiction in the Philippines. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Philippine courts for any matter not subject to arbitration.
Nothing in this clause shall prevent r85aa from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or to prevent irreparable harm.
r85aa reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, r85aa will notify registered players via email or in-platform notification at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, where practicable. The updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date.
Your continued use of the r85aa Platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure by contacting customer support.
